To assist and help our suppliers, we have our own team of production and quality support specialists. These senior technicians solve all questions or problems relating to production and monitor each step of the process. That way, we ensure that our production is of excellent quality and shipped on time.
To ensure high-quality products and to comply with all legislations such as REACH, we perform both physical and chemical tests. Thanks to our in-house SATRA certified lab, we can test products independently and control the quality in terms of several factors: durability, colorfastness, abrasion, usage, bonding and much more.
Finally, our shoes, labeling and packing are subject to an official AQL inspection, while our technicians also do a final check on a real fitting model. In this way, we make sure only goods that meet our quality standards are shipped out.
